All the Surgical staffs esp from the Breast & Endocrine Surgical Unit had organized a farewell party for me. It was held at the Sacchin's Restaurant, Newcastle. Thanks very much to Mr Bliss and Prof Lennard for your concern..... I thought there would be only about 10 of us be there.....BUT to my surprise there were 24 surgical doctors from the whole dept includings HO's, SHO's, SPR's and Consultants.
Prof Lennard's speech was marvellous! Non-stop mentioning about me.....
Really glad to be with all of you here....
Would come again later  ...Insyaallah!

Night out with the "golden girls"
|
|
It was my last night out in Newcastle. Thanks very much to the 3 golden secretaries that had spent their time with me at Madio Italiano Restaurant before we proceeded to our next destination...."Big Market".
It was amazing night....that had truely opened my eyes what's all about Newcastle.......How wonderful!! But sadly to say that Im going to miss all these......

"Nasi lemak" at the RVI
|
|
Most of the surgical staffs terasa nak makan malaysian cuisine.....so I dok terfikir apa yang boleh I masak so that everybody would be happy.....
Finally I decided to cook "nasi lemak" with "ikan bilis" gravy with salad as well as fried "meehoon" or rice vermicelli. Dr Ong made a fantastic cheese cake.....using white and brown mascoponi cheese...so cheesy..ummmm....
To my surprise...everybody likes "nasi lemak" very much esp with the anchovy gravy...and it was all finished in not even half an hour.....
Tak sangka..mat salleh pun suka makan makanan malaysia.....apa tak nyer...depa ni tau dok makan sandwich aje...
